My Apt May Look Like A mess, but this is about modern communications, saving money on it & getting best bang for a buck.

When I switched to Virgin Mobile Broadband, I got a great steady connection. I also got to purchase Skype, which turns my iPod Touch into a 2nd Phone, as well as my Mac. With the Built In Microphone & Speakers on my Mac, I didn't need to invest in a Headset.

Well, I have just used Wireless Broadband for the 1st time, on my eMac & I'll State that I don't miss Time Warner Cable's Broadband at all. Their "Speed" is about the high priced equivalent of Dial Up, so when I went over to Virgin Mobile's Broadband2Go, let's just say that on TW, there was NO WAY I would've even uploaded this short film, using some artistry from iMovie 5.0.2.

The BEST State To Form The LLC

I pointed out that New York is the ABSOLUTE Worst Place to form a Limited Liability Company, if you're a small business, as that State has so many rules, fees & taxes that you may as well declare bankruptcy before you open up. In short, for a small business, New York SUCKS. They might require the name, knowing the State Legislature, of your left Testicle(Male), Left Breast(Female) or Both(Transexual), as well as Your 1st Born Male Child as Collateral(LOL), that's how BAD NY State is. If you're in NYC or Yonkers, you have the added curse of a Local Income Tax+Franchise Fees;

Now for the BEST Place in the USA! This State has a population of 500,000, has a low Statewide Sales Tax, no franchise taxes & NO State or Local Income Tax. Only a Federal Income Tax is imposed. The Fee for incorporating or forming the LLC is $100, with $50 Annual Renewal. Corporation or LLC Owners are anonymous in this State. The State is Wyoming & for 30% of what it costs to form the LLC in NY State, or 15% of what it costs to form the LLC in NYC, you could have a virtual office, serving as your corporate HQ in Cheyenne, WY, in addition to the filing fee;

The WORST State In The Union To Form an LLC

Let's Just Say it's a State where One Governor was known as "Client #9", while another got busted for free Yankees Tickets. The Titular Capital is called Albany, but the Real Power lies 150 Miles south of Albany:

If you guessed it's New York State, you guessed quite-correctly;

$200 to form the Limited Liability Company+Fees to Publish The Name Of The LLC in Two Newspapers in the County where the entity is located, one a weekly & the other a daily newspaper, followed by filing fees at the County Clerk's Office of the Affidavits that the entity is published, usually $50 per publication;

LLCs are taxed as corporations under NY State Business Law, in addition to the individuals who own the LLC. Considering that NY State, particularly in The County of New York(As in Midtown & Lower Manhattan, which is Fortune 500-Dow Jones-Nasdaq Country), where most of these filings take place, one is better off with an "S" Corporation, which allows for "Pass Through" Taxation, or just filing a Limited Partnership(LP), where the individual members of the LP are taxed;

Presently Listening to White Sox at Red Sox from WEEI via MLB on my iPod Touch, 2nd Generation, at a Wi Fi Point outside of my home:
Listened earlier to both White Sox at Red Sox & NY Mets at Chicago Cubs over the wi fi enabled iPod Touch, via MLB. In neither case did the Red Sox, nor Mets, gain a victory;
